1) How long does it take to setup my account once I've paid?

You sign-up with the PowerReseller link, you specify what "reseller" packages you want for a start, we create you 5 or more of them. Knowledge Base - Getting Started
1) Register your nameservers.

Enter in your registrar: ns1.Levi1.com and ns2.Levi1.com

If you are using your own nameservers you would need to "register" them first with our IPs: for NS1 use: 72.232.8.114 and for ns2 use: 72.36.160.66. then you need to wait for it to propagate (normally 4 hours) and only then you will enter your NS (ns1.yourdomain.com etc.) in the registrar of all your domains.

You will need to wait 24 - 48 hours for the DNS to propagate to our servers.
2) Create your domains in your WHM.
  • Under ACCOUNT FUNCTIONS click on "Create A New Account"
  • Enter all the information in the appropriate fields
  • Leave IP unchecked
  • 3) Upload your files.
    Enter in "host" the server IP you get in the Welcome email, and the username and password of the account you created in WHM. Once your DNS have propagated you can put your domain name 'yourdomain.com' in the "host" field.
    4) Transfer your sites.
    If you have accounts at a different CPanel server that you would like to transfer to us, simply email us the list of the domains with IP, username and password of each account. We will have them transfered at no cost.
    5) Access your CPanel.
    You can access your CPanel before your domain has propagated by - http://serverIP/cpanel with the account username and password of the domain that you created in your WHM. Afterwards simply use http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (or :2082).
    6) Setup email etc.
    You can add email accounts within CPanel under the "mail" option. You can also have CPanel 'autoconfigure' Outlook Express.
    7) Access your site.
    You can Access your sites before the DNS propagates by typing in your browsser: http://serverIP/~username/

    Technical Support Questions and Answers
    1) Which folder do I upload my site to?
    Upload to the public_html folder.
    2) I just signed up. Why can't I view my web site?
    If you haven't updated your domain's name servers (DNS) to use our name servers then you will need to do so. Once updated it takes 24-48 hours for these changes to propagate.
    3) What is the path to Perl?
    usr/bin/perl
    4) What is the path to Sendmail?
    usr/sbin/sendmail
    5) How does email work for a domain name that is pointed to my main domain?
    All email that is sent to your pointed domain will arrive in your main domain's default email account.
    6) Can I run CGI scripts outside the CGI-Bin directory?
    Yes!
    7) Do you offer web mail?
    Yes. The url is: your_domain.com/webmail/ (or :2095)
    8) What is a Cron Tab?
    A Cron Job allows you to schedule and execute a PHP or CGI script at a given time. To create a Cron Job just log into your control panel, select Cron Job, enter the date/time to run the script and then the path to the script. An example of a path to a php script would be: 'php /home/username/pathtoscript/script.php' .
    9) Is there any documentation on how to use all the features in the control panel?

    10) I can't seem to publish my site using Front Page?
    This problem occurs when trying to publish to your site before your domain name has propagated. Either you will have to wait until propagation is complete are upload your site using an ftp client such as CuteFTP. This is a known issue using Front Page with name-based IPs.

    1) What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Paypal, or regular Visa / Mastercard /Amex credit cards, checks (US only) and money orders. We will also accept Western Union Money Orders and Cash Transfers from foreign countries. All check and money order transactions will only be accepted for quarterly billing.
